2008-06 Acquisition of Online EHS Legislation Updating Service

We are pleased to announce that EQS Technologies Pte Ltd has acquired the Online EHS legislation Updating Service (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines) from Regional Institute of Environmental Technology (RIET).

Started as Singapore Environmental Handbook in 1996 by RIET, the Online EHS legislation Updating Service is currently the leading EHS legislation updating service provider in Asia with about 500 subscribers.

EQS Asia has been deeply involved in the RIET's EHS legislation Updating Service since 1997. After 15 years of supporting the industry, RIET has finally decided to cease our institutional operations and close as a legal company in Singapore by June 2008.
